The Planning Board continued the public hearing for the Site Plan Review application for 98 Newbury Street (Map 40, Lot 10) to the board’s Feb. 10, 2026 meeting at the applicant’s request. The application, submitted by Temar Properties, LLC, proposes to expand an existing mobile home park through the addition of 24 mobile homes and seeks a waiver from Zoning Bylaw §10.3.G concerning the width of access drives in the Highway Corridor Zone.
According to the minutes, the applicant asked for additional time to address outstanding Engineering Division comments. Jean Hartnett moved to continue the hearing; Michael Decoulos seconded, and the vote to continue was 3–0. No final decision was made; the board will revisit the application at the continued hearing.
The continuation preserves questions that remain open, including the requested waiver for access‑drive width and outstanding engineering conditions the applicant must resolve before the board can act.
