City Engineer Brian attended the meeting and confirmed details would be addressed before final approval. Council discussed that hunters typically avoid shooting toward homes but acknowledged the DNR had raised concerns to be resolved in the final‑plat review.
The council approved the resolution by roll call. Council Member Linquist and other members voted yes; the motion carried.
