At its April 14, 2026 meeting the Village of Stone Park Board of Trustees approved multiple invoices and construction draws tied to the Pavilion Renovation project. Trustee Marco A. Gutierrez moved and Trustee Simplisio Roman seconded the set of approvals, and roll call showed all present trustees voting in favor.
The board approved Vision Construction and Consulting, Inc. Invoice #4231, the fourth draw for the Pavilion Renovation and Addition Project, totaling $122,092.00; Invoice #4233 for pavilion roof repairs totaling $84,847.14; and Invoice #4232 for plumbing work totaling $32,700.00. The board also approved Palatine Builders Supply Quote #Q121480 for bathroom partitions at the pavilion totaling $6,840.00.
Separately, the board approved multiple Fricold invoices for HVAC work at the pavilion: Invoice #36037063 for $5,407.00 to repair existing rooftop units; Invoice #35688900 for $20,568.00 to install a new HVAC rooftop unit with a concentric kit; and Invoice #36280511 for $2,600.00 to install gas piping for two rooftop units. Each item was moved, seconded, and passed by unanimous roll-call vote of the trustees present.
The approvals continue phase work on the Pavilion Renovation, which the mayor said he will review during individual walkthroughs with trustees. The board recorded the approvals as part of routine contract and construction-payments oversight; no additional contingencies or conditions were recorded in the meeting minutes.
