No formal budget adoption occurred at the Feb. 16 meeting; staff and council will return with the information needed for action at or after the scheduled public hearing. The session concluded with a motion by Councilor Mueller, seconded by Councilor Mosterd, to adjourn; the motion passed 5-0.
