Bernalillo introduces replacement Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance for future consideration

Stephanie Shumsky presented the draft ordinance and said the amendments are intended to "update and add definitions for conformance with FEMA's latest version of the Elevation Certificate; broaden the definition of Floodplain Administrator and add certification credential; clarify 'Zone A' required base flood elevation data; and correct general outlining and spelling errors."
