The Board of Trustees of the Village of Montebello on May 20 approved a series of routine financial resolutions, voting unanimously to accept meeting minutes and pay listed claims.
Deputy Mayor Stacy Caridi moved to approve the April 15, 2026 minutes; Trustee Bruce Egenhauser seconded, and the motion carried. The board then approved the Abstract & Schedule of Claims dated May 20, 2026, totaling $108,131.13 (Resolution No. 26-078). The board also approved separate abstracts for professional fees ($20,663.26, Resolution No. 26-079), ARPA-related claims ($131,500.72, Resolution No. 26-080) and the LOC Draw Fund ($221,278.60, Resolution No. 26-081). Each motion was made by Deputy Mayor Caridi and seconded by Trustee Egenhauser; the board recorded that the votes carried.
These approvals authorize the village to remit payments listed on the abstracts; no debate or roll-call vote counts beyond “carried” or “carried unanimously” were recorded in the meeting minutes. The board did not specify contingency conditions or follow-up reporting for the individual claims during the meeting.
The actions clear routine obligations from the village’s accounts and permit contracted work and services to be paid. The board expects to reconvene on June 24 (date change from June 17) for its next regular meeting.
