The agreement reiterates that KBY Park is public space and that YMCA programs must be mindful of resident park use. Council approved Resolution No. 202606 by roll call; all members voted yes. Staff said the YMCA will retroactively apply a $10 resident discount for registrations made under the new software and will update its public materials accordingly.
