The council also approved O26‑13, a second reading to increase the number of “A” full‑liquor (Monday–Sunday) licenses from eight to nine for Baltic House, 6 North Elmhurst Road. Staff and the applicant discussed hours; while the business indicated hours to midnight, the city’s licensing framework allows a 2 a.m. close on some full‑liquor licenses. The measure passed by roll call vote.
