Planning staff described the Cedar Hill request as a routine 90‑day extension for the residential 100‑lot final plan; staff said the applicant was current on township bills to the extent known and recommended the extension. The board approved the extension with a motion and roll call.
On 34 Wesley Road, planning staff said the applicant had first asked for a yearlong extension, which had been trimmed to 90 days before the latest request. Staff reported the property had been listed for sale and that recent unpermitted improvements were under review by code enforcement and Technicon. Planning staff advised rejecting the extension; supervisors voted to deny the request and directed staff to notify the applicant in writing.
Supervisors also discussed related code enforcement work and follow‑up notices: staff said several code complaints are being processed, with three of eight previously logged properties resolved and others under active correction. The board asked staff to coordinate notice and hearing processes as needed.
