River Ridge CDD terminates Laz’s Lawn Service and awards contract to GulfScapes

The contract transition is effective immediately; staff will implement the termination and coordinate the start of GulfScapes’ services. The board noted that GreenScapes was not an option because the firm refused to execute the district’s contract.
