The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors unanimously adopted Resolution 2025‑02 on Nov. 19, 2024 to elect board officers and formalize current staff appointments.
Mrs. Adams presented Resolution 2025‑02, and Supervisor Terry Mountford nominated Bob Schultz for Chair, Mountford for Vice Chair, and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries. On a motion by Mountford, seconded by Blumenthal, the board adopted the resolution by voice vote.
Prior board appointments listed in the resolution include Chesley “Chuck” Adams as Secretary and Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer; Jeff Pinder remains assistant treasurer. Following the vote, Mrs. Adams, acting as a notary, administered the Oath of Office to newly elected Supervisors Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5).
Board members discussed statutory ethics requirements; staff reminded supervisors of the four-hour ethics training and Form 1 disclosure filing deadlines for fiscal years 2024 and 2025 and said the training requirement will be added to the district’s Key Activity Dates list.
The board convened a hybrid meeting at the River Club conference center and via Zoom and completed the governance items before moving on to operations and contract approvals.
