Member Seibert moved to approve the consent agenda and Member Krupic seconded; the motion carried. No roll-call vote tally was recorded in the meeting record. The board also later approved a motion to adjourn at 1:41 p.m., moved by Member Seibert and seconded by Member Camilleri.
The trust set its next regular meeting for March 11, 2026 at 1:30 p.m.
