Mayor Phil Holland called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. at City Hall and via Zoom. After roll call confirmed Council Members Derek Ingle, Joseph Disney and Darrin Telfer present and Beth James participating by Zoom (Pam St. John absent), the council approved the meeting agenda on a motion by Council Member Derek Ingle, seconded by Council Member Joseph Disney; the motion carried unanimously on roll call.
The council opened a public hearing on the SRF environmental review at 6:04 p.m. Mayor Holland presided over the hearing. Interim City Administrator and Library Director Sue Ponder told the council that “no correspondence had been received.” The council recorded that no one from the public was present in person or on Zoom to comment and moved to close the hearing at 6:05 p.m.; the motion to close was made by Council Member Joseph Disney, seconded by Council Member Darrin Telfer, and passed unanimously.
Aside from the hearing, no items were submitted for future meeting agendas. The council adjourned at 6:05 p.m. on a motion by Joseph Disney, seconded by Derek Ingle, adopted by unanimous roll call.
