Carbon County commissioners approve schedule change for finance director and amend Sanofi participation agreement

The change shortens Helmuth’s weekly end time from a previously recorded 5:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday through Friday and removes a half-hour lunch break listed in the earlier schedule request.
At 9:30 a.m. Public Health Director Erin Cross joined the meeting and the commission approved an amendment to the Primary Care Alliance’s Sanofi participation agreement after a motion by Miller and a second by Bullock. The minutes record that the motion carried and that Cross then left the meeting.
The board also approved the consent agenda, which the minutes list as the Commissioners’ Proceedings dated June 17, 2025 and an out-of-state travel application for Ralph Dawson; Miller moved, Bullock seconded and the motion carried.
Each of the above actions is recorded in the meeting minutes as approved by voice vote; the minutes do not include roll-call tallies. The meeting record shows no public vote counts or individual dissent on these items. The meeting adjourned at 12:00 p.m.
