The council approved the consent agenda, which included approval of minutes, receipt of several board meeting minutes, a liquor license for Red Oak Eagles Aerie No. 2715 and claims totaling $109,091.32. The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Sharon Bradley and seconded by Tim Fridolph; the motion carried on a unanimous roll call.
Councilmember Brian Bills moved and Councilmember Adam Hietbrink seconded Resolution 2025‑93, authorizing a letter of support to participate in the Safe Streets and Roads for All program; the resolution passed unanimously. Councilmember Tim Fridolph moved and Councilmember Jeanice Lester seconded Resolution 2025‑94 appointing Levi Franks to the Planning and Zoning Commission with a term expiring January 2028; that motion also passed by unanimous roll call.
A single public comment was recorded: Dan Bullington spoke about vacation of rights of way.
