The Allamakee Community School District board held a public hearing on the proposed 2025–26 school calendar at its Feb. 18, 2025 meeting. No oral or written objections were received, and Board President Erik Helgerson declared the hearing closed.
Although the hearing produced no objections, the board did not adopt a calendar at the meeting. The board tabled review and final action on the 2025–26 school calendar until the regular March meeting to allow further consideration of calendar options.
The calendar review will resume at the board’s regular monthly meeting on March 17, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the high school library.
