At the June 25 meeting the Board of Selectmen moved and approved a slate of appointments and nominations to town advisory boards and commissions.
Appointments read into the record included Bob Cheney to the ADA Advocacy/Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities (position R3, term to Sept. 30, 2029), Louise Valosquez to ADA position R7 (term to Sept. 30, 2029), Sarah Damsky to ADA position R8 (term to Sept. 30, 2029), and Gina Gladstein as a regular member of the Selectman's Nomination Advisory Committee (term expiring June 30, 2029). Nominations included James Mack returning to the Fair Rent Commission (position R2, term to June 30, 2029), a returning member listed in the transcript as "Not Neil's Penning" to Fair Rent Commission position A2 (term to June 30, 2029), Linda Campbell to the Board of Human Services (position R6, term to June 30, 2029), and Ted Walworth to Inland Wetlands and Water Courses Agency (position R6, term to Oct. 31, 2030).
The motion to approve the full slate was moved by Lauren Rabin, seconded by Rachel Khan, and recorded as unanimous. The board asked staff to update rosters and publish terms.
