Councilmember Richard Williams moved to approve the bills presented for payment; Councilmember Jubal Feazell seconded the motion and the council approved the payments. Earlier in the meeting, Councilmember Terry Kiser moved to approve the minutes as presented; Councilmember Greg South seconded. The minutes were approved, with Councilmember Caleb Pope recorded as abstaining.
With no other business, Councilmember Greg South moved to adjourn; Councilmember Terry Kiser seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 6:19 p.m.
