Councilmember asked planning staff Josiah to clarify a note in the plans about realigning the south side of the lot with Cherry Street; Josiah explained the driveway will be slightly shifted to line up with the entrance to Cherry Street to accommodate other design elements.
The council voted by roll call (Leibold, Park, Wayson and Fortney recorded aye votes) and the mayor announced the motion carried 4–0. The resolution finalizes the project specifications so the city can proceed with procurement and construction steps subject to funding and scheduling.
