TM also said vendor representatives (Henry and Ian) had participated in prior planning sessions and that the TM would request a formal project timeline from the vendor.
No vote was taken while the board awaits clarified language and the project timeline. Selectmen expressed interest in moving the project forward to improve local service but emphasized they wanted contractual protections and a clear scope before authorization.
The board asked the TM to follow up with Consolidated for the clarified terms and an implementation schedule and to circulate the revised contract to all Selectmen before the next meeting.
