On construction bids, Adam said the council accepted the city’s 2026 sidewalk and related concrete bid to select a contractor for citywide sidewalk replacement work. The council also considered and authorized a bid to expand paved shoulders along Whalen Road and approved bids to renovate Swan Creek tennis courts (full replacement) and perform preventive maintenance and some replacement at Wildwood South athletic courts.
