Calhoun County certifies city and school election results; Measure CU passes

The board’s minutes list the school director results reported during the canvass: Jodi Kreft received 692 votes for the at-large South Central Calhoun School director seat; Andrea Kramer received 960 votes in District #2; Barb Dettmann was recorded as a write-in winner in District #1 with 255 votes. The minutes show the board accepted those results with the canvass motion.
The canvass is a ministerial step that certifies the local tallies for transmittal and public record. The minutes note that full canvass documents and supporting materials are available in the auditor’s office for review upon request.
The board took the canvass vote during its regular Nov. 18 session and adjourned until Nov. 25, 2025.
