The Manalapan Planning Board on Aug. 28 memorialized Resolution PMS2323 for a final major two-lot subdivision at 63 Tracy Station Road (Block 51 / Lot 3.02) for applicant Marta Tyminski (Sajdak) and approved the minutes from its July 24, 2025 meeting.
Mr. John Castronovo moved to memorialize the resolution for PMS2323 and Mr. Barry Fisher seconded; the record shows affirmative votes from board members Fisher, Todd Brown, Castronovo, Barry Jacobson, Chairwoman Kathryn Kwaak, Jack McNaboe, Chief Hogan, Steve Kastell and Mayor Eric Nelson. Pollifrone and Pat Givelekian were recorded as not eligible for the vote on the subdivision resolution. The minutes from the July 24 meeting were approved by motion of Mr. Fisher, seconded by Chief Hogan with the same roll-call pattern.
Board Secretary Nancy McGrath reported she received confirmation from the County that the Canter Square map was filed (Case 327-15). Chairwoman Kwaak announced the next Planning Board meeting on Sept. 11 at 7:30 p.m. and said the board would enter executive session and would not reconvene for an open public portion that evening.
At the meeting's close, the board adopted a resolution to enter executive session; Mr. Castronovo called the roll and the executive-session resolution passed with all members recorded as voting yes, including Nunzio Pollifrone and Pat Givelekian.
