The Manalapan Planning Board on June 26 approved an amended site plan for Anemos Greek Cuisine (305–331 Highway 9) to add a 25-by-35-foot outdoor covered patio with seating for 30.
Chief Hogan moved to approve the amended site plan; Barry Jacobson seconded. The minutes record yes votes from Barry Fisher, Barry Jacobson, Chairwoman Kathryn Kwaak, Jack McNaboe and Chief Hogan. The minutes also list multiple members as not eligible for this application; the transcript contains an inconsistency in which one member appears both in the yes list and in the not-eligible list. That inconsistency is noted in the board minutes and is reflected here rather than being resolved without evidence.
The approval was entered in the minutes as Resolution PBE2443. No public comments on the application were recorded during the meeting.
