The St. Paul City Council voted unanimously June 1 to convey the vacated north half of the alley in Block 108, Original Town of St. Paul, to Paul T. Smith for one dollar.
Council member Mark Wilson moved to approve the conveyance and Council member Jerry Woodgate seconded. Council members Katie Kowalski, Bill Peters, Wilson and Woodgate voted aye; nays were none.
