Mr. Barry Jacobson moved to memorialize the ordinance resolution and Mr. Barry Fisher seconded; the motion passed by unanimous roll call. Earlier in the meeting Mr. John Castronovo moved and Mr. Barry Fisher seconded approval of the Sept. 25 minutes; that motion also passed unanimously. The board recorded Mayor Eric Nelson and Nunzio Pollifrone as absent for these procedural votes.
Both items were recorded as routine procedural actions and were memorialized in the meeting minutes.
