The motion passed by roll-call vote with yes votes from Barry Fisher, Todd Brown, John Castronovo, Barry Jacobson, Chairwoman Kathryn Kwaak, Jack McNaboe, Steve Kastell and Pat Givelekian. No members voted no; Nunzio Pollifrone was absent and Mayor Eric Nelson was recorded not eligible.
The application was recorded as PBE2510 (Manalapan Market, Inc.) and was approved as both Preliminary and Final Site Plan. No public comment was recorded on the item.
