Council approves interim use permit for micro cannabis cultivation at Rhinestone Street

The applicant said setbacks and lighting were planned to meet conditions, that the primary customer is Minnesota processors/dispensaries under the 2023 cultivation rules, and that the business would comply with OCM traceability and chain-of-custody provisions.
