Council action: Vice Mayor Rivas moved to continue the item to July 13 so planning staff could meet with residents to refine and clarify conditions and enforcement approaches; Mr. Hampton seconded and the matter was continued without objection.
Next steps: Planning staff will meet with residents and applicants and report back to council at or before the July 13 hearing.
