Starmont board approves bus purchase, tuckpointing and curriculum quotes; two votes recorded with abstention and opposition

Curriculum materials for elementary grades were approved: Wilson Language Training workbooks for $17,160.34 (motion by Jacob Moellers) and Kendall Hunt math workbooks for $6,312.72 (motion by Julie Uhlenkamp); both motions carried unanimously. The board also approved other contracts including a Keystone AEA transfer of state funding and a student therapist agreement with RT Counseling; both carried 5‑0.
