East Rockhill supervisors approve bills, contracts, subdivision prelim and resolution backing HB1152

The board also awarded fuel bids for August 1, 2025–July 31, 2026: unleaded regular 87 octane at market value 0.1300 and ultra-low sulfur diesel at 0.2330 to Pilot Thomas Logistics.
Land use and planning: the board granted preliminary subdivision approval to the Weidner Tract (proposed 21 single-family lots, with four lots in East Rockhill and the remainder in Hilltown Township) and granted requested waivers contingent on compliance with Wynn Associates correspondence dated June 5, 2025.
Policy: the board adopted Resolution 2025-10 supporting Pennsylvania House Bill 1152, a measure to require insurance companies to reimburse emergency medical service providers directly.
Votes and procedure: the meeting minutes record that the motions were made by Supervisors Nyman or Nietupski and seconded in each case, and that "with no additional discussion, all present voted in favor." The manager was authorized to approve an already-approved 5K event on the Branch Creek walking trail consistent with prior approval procedures.
