The Lake City City Council unanimously approved a new alcohol license for Pit Stop Pub & Grub LLC at a special meeting Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2026, convened at 5 p.m. Mayor Mike Schleisman presided; City Administrator/Clerk Mikayla Dorman was present to record the minutes.
Council member Bruns moved to approve the license and Council member Daniel seconded. The council recorded "All ayes, nays-none," and the motion carried. Those listed as present were Bruns, Wilson, Gorden, Daniel and Vogt (attending remotely).
The meeting lasted roughly one minute after the license vote. Council member Wilson moved to adjourn, Council member Vogt seconded, and the council voted all ayes to adjourn at 5:01 p.m.
