Vice Chair Doreen Pack called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.; members present included Elizabeth Azevedo, Rich Ruppel and Chair Cheryle Jolly, who joined remotely at 6:10 p.m. The committee unanimously approved the Special Meeting minutes of June 10 and June 15 after a motion by Elizabeth Azevedo and a second by Rich Ruppel.
Committee members reviewed the Opening Day Operations Plan and identified the operational tasks needed for the first market, including setup and teardown, layout and marking of vendor spaces, signage and counters, and activities for children. The minutes record specific assignments: Chair Cheryle Jolly will contact any vendors missing paperwork and post on Facebook to recruit additional volunteers; Rich Ruppel will oversee musician payments and organize the market book; Elizabeth Azevedo will coordinate children's crafts; and Vice Chair Doreen Pack will inventory sales merchandise and the Farmers' Market tent and equipment.
The committee also acknowledged receipt of various vendor applications and insurance forms; no bills or financial expenditures were presented at the meeting. No new business items were raised.
A motion to adjourn, made by Rich Ruppel and seconded by Elizabeth Azevedo, passed unanimously and the meeting ended at 7:15 p.m.
