Chair Luke Turko called the North Fayette Traffic Impact Fee Advisory Committee to order at 7:00 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2026. The committee elected Luke Turko as chair for 2026, Doug Barker as vice chair and Debbie Midgley as recording secretary; each nomination was moved and the motions carried.
The reorganization followed roll-call attendance that listed members Luke Turko (chair), Doug Barker (vice chair), Mark Perry (board member), Jennie Lenz (board member) and Jeff Scott (board member). Township Engineer Shawn Wingrove and Recording Secretary Debbie Midgley were noted as staff present. Members Mike Shullo and Todd Fisher were recorded as absent.
An administrative motion to approve the minutes from the committee's Dec. 9, 2025 meeting was made by Jennie Lenz and seconded by Doug Barker; the motion carried. The meeting concluded when a motion to adjourn, made by Chair Turko and seconded by Barker, carried at 7:45 p.m.
