The North Fayette Parks & Recreation Board accepted officer nominations and reviewed plans for several community events at its Jan. 19, 2025 meeting.
Mark Rozum accepted the nomination for chairman, Patrick Brindle accepted the nomination for vice-chair, and Colleen Morris accepted the nomination for secretary; the minutes state the board approved the appointments unanimously. Parks & Recreation Director Darlene Guzik will share the appointments with the township.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mark Rozum. A motion to accept the minutes from Nov. 17, 2025 was made by Brad McBurney and seconded by Rozum; the minutes record that the motion carried (vote tally not specified). The minutes list a treasurer's report presented by Darlene Guzik but provide no financial details.
Committee reports highlighted event dates and planning tasks.
