Floyd County Board of Adjustment elects officers, approves agenda and minutes

At its April 2 meeting the Floyd County Board of Adjustment elected Teresa Stevens-Marth as Chair and Rick Cordes as Vice Chair, approved the agenda and prior minutes, and then adjourned; all routine motions passed unanimously.
The Floyd County Board of Adjustment opened its April 2 meeting at 9:01 a.m. and recorded a roll call of members Rick Cordes, Teresa Stevens-Marth, Sean Pitkin and Scott Tjaden; Wendy Johnson arrived shortly before New Business.
On motions by Sean Pitkin with seconds as noted, the board approved the meeting agenda, elected Teresa Stevens-Marth as Chair and Rick Cordes as Vice Chair, and approved the minutes of August 20, 2025. All routine motions were recorded as 'All ayes.' Jessy Willadsen, the zoning administrator, was present and an attendee list was attached to the record.
After the public hearing and action on a Conditional Use application, the board had no other business and adjourned on a motion by Pitkin, seconded by Cordes.
