Southampton Committee adopts land-development guarantee changes, holds first reading on sale of 59 Cedar Water Road

The Southampton Township Committee on June 19 adopted Ordinance 2018-6 on second reading, amending Chapter 12 of the Township code to revise provisions governing land-development performance, maintenance and related guarantees. Committeeman Mikulski moved to approve the ordinance; Deputy Mayor William Raftery seconded the motion and the measure passed on a unanimous roll call vote of the five-member Committee.
