Emalee TeBrink, Library Board President, told the council that library usage has been rising and that the board may recommend additional staff during peak months. Head Librarian Jodie Evans described operational pressures that could require extra hours or seasonal help. The Board expressed satisfaction with current employees but recommended wage adjustments to retain and support staff as usage grows.
