Theresa Nagel, who identified herself as the homeowner, told the authority she had "passed the rough plumbing inspection a week ago" and "passed a rough framing inspection of the interior last week as well," and that she expects the house "to be finished by the end of April." She said she expects the plumber to return to install plumbing trim and that garage construction should be completed on the stated timeline.
A board member said they had driven by and observed that the garage is under construction. On that basis the presiding official proposed setting the matter over for an update at the May 20 meeting to allow time for completion and for the owner to present an occupancy form; the owner confirmed she would supply an occupancy form for review. The board approved the motion to continue the item with a motion and second on the record.
The authority did not set a formal date for reinspection in the meeting record beyond the May 20 meeting date, and no permit or final occupancy determination was announced at the session. The owner and the board agreed to return with documentation of progress at the next scheduled meeting.
