Orleans Parish School Board adopts FY2027 general fund and special revenue budgets

Board President Eames called the Orleans Parish School Board into special session on June 23 and the board approved Resolution 16‑26, adopting the district’s general fund and special revenue fund budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending July 30, 2027.

The resolution carried on a roll call vote: Board President Eames, Board member Parker, Board member Baldwin and Board member Zervigon voted yes; Board member Marshall recorded an abstention.
