Eric noted the Southeast Iowa Regional Planning Commission maintains a list of households that have inquired or previously sought roof assistance (seven names were on the list at the time of the presentation), but said being on the list does not guarantee funding. Council asked no substantive follow‑up questions during the work session; staff indicated a representative from regional planning (Sarah Hixcox) will attend the May 4 meeting to discuss the application in greater detail.
