The proposal also updates notification procedures for rezoning to align with Ohio statutes and includes minor textual corrections across the code. The item had a public hearing before council two meetings prior.
Council moved the ordinance forward on second reading and approved it on roll call. Staff said a future public hearing will be scheduled as required for specific rezoning actions noted in the clerk’s certifications.
