• Additional appropriation — General Fund (Title IV‑D Health Insurance): $7,776. Motion moved by Ryan Craig, seconded by Sonya Haas. Outcome: carried unanimously.
• Additional appropriation — General Fund (Prosecutor Safe School Bus Cameras): $125. Motion moved by Ryan Craig, seconded by Doug Uebelhor. Outcome: carried unanimously.
• Additional appropriation requests in the Cum Cap Fund were discussed ($400,000 requested to purchase highway equipment/dump trucks) and consensus reached to advertise the request; no appropriation vote recorded.
• Community Transition Program Fund — Other Services: $500 for CTP dues. Motion moved by Ryan Craig, seconded by Sonya Haas. Outcome: carried unanimously.

• LIT‑ED Fund — Capital Outlay: $850 for WTH annual maintenance fee increase. Motion moved by Doug Uebelhor, seconded by Ryan Craig. Outcome: carried unanimously.
• Drug Free Community (ARC) — Personal Services: $12,351.32; Other Services (contracted): $37,053.98. Motions moved by Ryan Craig and Alex P. Hohl; outcomes: both carried unanimously.
• Amended Salary Ordinance — ARC Coordinator: set maximum $23.41 per hour, 22 hours per month plus six grant hours. Motion moved by Ryan Craig, seconded by Meredith Voegerl. Outcome: carried unanimously.
• Community Corrections shower floor repair: Krempp Construction quote (time and materials not to exceed $27,870) was presented and the council reached consensus to advertise an additional appropriation from the LIT‑CR tax; no vote recorded at this meeting.
