The Dubois County Commissioners approved a TelecomCare Agreement with software-assurance services provided by Matrix Integration on Feb. 17. County Auditor Sandra L. Morton presented the agreement, which is intended to manage and support the county's Mitel telephony system, and reported the cost at $18,500.
