Directors recorded as present were Director Hernandez, Director Jones, Director De Paola, Director Farfan, Director Vargas and Vice Chair Member Rua. With no further business or oral reports, the Chair adjourned the meeting and scheduled the next Public Housing Authority meeting for Wednesday, July 22 at 5:45 p.m.
The session included no formal resolutions, ordinances, appointments, or contract awards for PHA action during this meeting.
