The commission continued PLN 250066DEP (Mitchell) to a date uncertain at the applicant's request and with staff's concurrence to allow further analysis of issues raised in a public comment letter and new evidence.
Joe Spallina presented for HCD and recommended a continuance to allow staff time to analyze concerns raised by the applicant and other new evidence on the record. Joel Panzer, representing the applicant and the Timothy Mitchell/Megan Barrett Trust, told the commission the applicant agreed with a continuance, asked for a date certain rather than an open continuance, and requested comments from Pebble Beach Community Services District regarding a sewer easement. Spallina and other staff preferred a date-uncertain continuance to ensure adequate time to address issues without needing a second continuance.
Commissioner Deal moved to continue the item to a date uncertain; the motion carried on roll call. Staff will coordinate with the applicant and Pebble Beach CSD as requested and return the item when adequate analysis is complete.
