The Waterford Township Defined Contribution Committee on Feb. 10 approved its consent agenda, which included the Sept. 9, 2025 minutes and ratification of vendor invoices totaling $39,650.00.
The consent agenda listed two AsherKelly legal-fee invoices — Q3 2025 for $5,040.00 and Q4 2025 for $860.00 — and three Mariner consulting-fee invoices — Q2 2025 for $6,250.00, Q3 2025 for $17,500.00, and Q4 2025 for $10,000.00. After discussion, Member Seibert moved to approve and ratify the consent agenda as presented; Member Thom seconded, and the motion carried.
There was no public comment. Committee members noted correspondence from MAPERS: the association will not hold a one-day conference this year and its spring conference is scheduled for May 16–19 in Bay City. The committee scheduled its next meeting for Aug. 11, 2026, at 11:30 a.m., and adjourned at 12:07 p.m. The minutes are signed "Respectfully submitted, Steven Thomas, Treasurer."
