The Berkley Board of Assessors unanimously approved the minutes of its June 26 meeting at a session on July 10, 2024, after Member Lisa Tetreault noted a verbal correction that Automated Business Solutions should read $456.00. Jeanne Russo seconded the motion; the board voted unanimously to accept the corrected minutes.
The board reviewed a series of invoices and payment requests. Items listed in the minutes include an RRC invoice for class 504 utility appraisals for $4,000; an invoice from Tyler Technologies for $4,423.47; a Nearmap invoice for $7,400.00; a postal check request for stamps for $219.00; a reimbursement request to Assessor Gary Hoitt for USPS priority mail of $9.85; and MAAO membership dues for FY2025 totaling $150 ($75 each for Mark Pettey Jr and Gary Hoitt). The minutes record the review of these items but do not show separate roll-call votes for each line item.
The board did not take other formal finance actions recorded in the minutes beyond listing the items for payment review. The meeting record notes that administrative matters followed, and the session concluded at 5:33 p.m.
