The Trust identified three action items: confirm Planning Board January and March meeting dates, provide a summary of substantive revisions between the prior draft and the January 2026 draft, and continue coordination with the Town Manager’s Office on Select Board scheduling.
The discussion was procedural; no formal vote on the HPP occurred at the meeting. The Trust expects to review circulated materials and return to the item at a future meeting when a Select Board presentation is scheduled.
