County hears engineering updates, approves Sheriff's Office vehicle purchase

Emergency Management Director Cyrina Allen told commissioners that mitigation for the Elbow Creek slope stabilization project was estimated at $18,000. Stahly staff discussed applying for grants and drafting a planning task for subdivision administration support; county Administrative Officer Angela Newell said she would like to coordinate a press-release kickoff for the county’s Road and Bridge Masterplan.
During the consent portion of the meeting, the board approved a purchase request for a certified pre-owned 2023 Chevy Tahoe for the Sheriff's Office in the amount of $51,974; the motion passed.
